Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. General Terms
Turkey Boutique Tours is a brand operated by Farout Tourism Co. Ltd. - Soh Travel Agency, a licensed travel agency based in Turkey (TURSAB licence nos. 13689 and 3627).
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the brand and its associated services are referred to as "Farout", "we", "us" or "our".
By accessing or using this website you agree to comply with these website terms. Customers who make a booking are also subject to the booking conditions below and to any conditions specific to their selected tour, which are communicated as part of the reservation process. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Our Services
Farout provides or arranges the eight small-group tours published on this website: guided bus tours across Turkey, gulet cruises along the Lycian coast, combinations of the two, and the transfers that form part of those itineraries.
Depending on the service, Farout may act as the tour organiser, the direct service provider or an intermediary travel agency. The details of the confirmed reservation determine the identity of the relevant service provider and the applicable booking conditions.
3. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the descriptions, prices, itineraries, photographs and other information published on this website are accurate and up to date. However, prices, availability, vessel details, hotel allocations, tour programmes, departure times and service arrangements may change.
Information published on this website does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed reservation or an unconditional offer. The final details of your booking are established by your booking confirmation and the applicable service conditions.
4. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Customers may submit booking requests through this website, by email, telephone, WhatsApp or other available channels. Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee availability or confirm a reservation.
A booking is confirmed once availability has been checked, the deposit has been received and Farout has issued a booking confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation. Any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information will be assessed according to the circumstances, the applicable booking terms and relevant law.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are per person, based on two people sharing a twin or double room and a double or triple cabin, unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary by departure date and season. Single rooms and cabins are available for a supplement; solo travellers who agree to share pay no supplement.
Deposit: a deposit of 50% of the tour price confirms your booking. Balance: the remaining 50% is paid on the first day of the tour, when you meet your guide or board the gulet.
Accepted payment methods, currency and any payment-related costs (bank charges, currency conversion fees) are communicated during the booking process. Services included in and excluded from the price are listed on the relevant tour page and in your booking confirmation.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 weeks (21 days) before the departure date; any deposit paid is refunded in full, less any bank or currency conversion charges outside our control.
For cancellations made within the last 3 weeks before departure, please contact us; the deposit may be retained to cover costs already committed to hotels, the gulet and other suppliers, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
7. Booking Changes
You may move your booking to another published departure date of the same tour free of charge up to 3 weeks (21 days) before the original departure date, subject to availability. Changes requested within the last 3 weeks are treated as a cancellation and a new booking unless we can accommodate them at no cost.
8. Guaranteed Departures
Every departure date published on this website is guaranteed to run once at least one booking is confirmed, regardless of group size, except where a departure must be cancelled for reasons beyond our reasonable control (see section 19). In that case you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
9. Gulet Cruises
The gulet cruise included in our combined tours operates along Turkey's Lycian coast aboard traditional wooden gulets with double and triple cabins. Cruises board in Fethiye harbour; on the 3-night versions passengers disembark at Demre harbour with transfers to Olympos or Antalya as specified in the itinerary.
Customers should review the confirmed departure location, meeting point, boarding time and transfer instructions in their booking confirmation before travelling.
10. Itinerary and Route Changes
Gulet operations are subject to weather, sea conditions, port regulations, navigational safety and operational requirements. The safety of passengers and crew is our priority. The captain may change the sailing route, anchorages, swimming stops or departure times when necessary for safety or other legitimate operational reasons.
On land, the order of visits on a given day may change because of opening hours, traffic or local conditions; the sights listed for each tour remain the same. Where reasonably possible, customers will be informed of significant changes. Any rights, alternative arrangements or remedies resulting from changes are determined by the applicable booking conditions and relevant law.
11. Vessel, Hotel and Accommodation Changes
Occasionally, vessel maintenance, mechanical problems, safety requirements or other operational circumstances may require a change of vessel, hotel or accommodation arrangements. In such cases Farout will provide an alternative of the same or a higher standard. Where a change materially affects the confirmed service, the customer's applicable legal and contractual rights will be respected. Photographs and general descriptions should be considered alongside the specifications of the confirmed reservation.
12. Departure Times and Meeting Points
Customers are responsible for arriving at the confirmed meeting point at the specified time. Exact meeting points, pick-up arrangements and boarding instructions are provided in the booking confirmation or subsequent departure information. Customers experiencing travel delays should contact Farout or their tour consultant as soon as possible. Late arrivals and missed departures are handled according to the relevant booking conditions and applicable law.
13. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to follow the instructions of the guide, the captain, the crew and authorised staff. Passengers must treat other guests and staff respectfully, follow safety instructions and emergency procedures, use equipment responsibly, avoid behaviour that endangers others, respect the vehicles, vessels and hotels, comply with applicable laws and carry the required travel documents.
Serious safety violations, unlawful conduct or behaviour that places others at risk may result in removal from the tour without refund, in accordance with applicable law and the booking conditions.
14. Optional Activities
Optional activities such as hot-air balloon flights, paragliding, scuba diving, Turkish nights, quad safaris and Turkish baths may be available during certain tours. They are not included in the tour price unless stated. Availability depends on weather, local operators, safety requirements and participation restrictions. Optional activities are provided by independent, appropriately licensed operators; the responsibilities of Farout and the activity providers are determined by applicable law and the arrangements under which the activity is offered.
15. Travel Documents, Insurance and Health Requirements
Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, identification documents and any other documents required for their journey. Travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation and the activities you plan to take part in is strongly recommended and is not included in the tour price. Guests with mobility requirements, medical concerns or other special needs are encouraged to contact Farout before booking so that the suitability of the tour can be assessed.
16. Third-Party Service Providers
Certain services are arranged through independent gulet operators, hotels, transport companies, guides or other tourism businesses. The identity of the service provider and the parties responsible for delivering the booked service depend on the confirmed arrangements. Where Farout acts as an intermediary, its responsibilities remain subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant agreement. Nothing in these terms removes statutory obligations that apply to Farout.
17. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, maps, trademarks, layouts and other materials on this website belong to Farout or their respective rights holders and are protected by Turkish and applicable international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised commercial reproduction, distribution, republication or use of website content is prohibited. Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
18. External Links and Third-Party Content
This website may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including review platforms. The inclusion of a link does not mean that Farout approves or guarantees all information published on the linked website. Third-party websites are responsible for their own content and services. Visitors may notify us if they identify a linked website containing misleading, unlawful or inappropriate material.
19. Limitation of Liability
Farout aims to provide its services in accordance with the confirmed booking agreement and applicable legal requirements. Certain events, including adverse weather, official restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, may affect travel arrangements. The rights and responsibilities of the parties in such circumstances are determined by the relevant booking conditions and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits consumer rights, statutory protections or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Complaints and Disputes
Customers may submit complaints or service-related concerns through our official communication channels, ideally during the tour so that we can put things right on the spot. We aim to review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period. Any dispute will be assessed according to the relevant agreement and applicable law. Where relevant, customers may have access to competent courts, consumer dispute bodies or other legally authorised complaint mechanisms.
21. Applicable Law
Farout operates in Turkey. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Turkish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other legal rules that may apply to international customers. The competent courts and dispute resolution bodies are determined according to applicable law.
22. Changes to These Terms
Farout may update these website terms to reflect changes in legislation, services or operational requirements. Updated terms will be published on this website. Changes to website terms do not automatically remove or alter rights already established under a confirmed booking agreement.
