Yoga Retreat

Every morning of our second week of retreat, we will start with a yoga session. We will be trained by a professional instructor who will tailor the classes to all specific levels and experiences. Yoga will be carried out among the lemon and orange trees, a peaceful, beautiful setting to enjoy.

The days are then free for you to relax, read your book, go for a swim in a near by secluded bay or just take in the peace and tranquility of the yoga retreat location. Every afternoon there will be another session of yoga in the beautiful gardens.

All meals will be included and are prepared by the local chefs who will only be using the natural and organically grown produce of the area.

Combined in our week of yoga will be some relaxing small excursions to partake in. We will visit the local village of Farlya one day where we will get the experience of how to cook your own Turkish pancake - "gozleme" and the local yoghurt drink - "Ayran". We will get to taste the fruits of our labour feasting on our pancakes whilst taking in the gorgeous view of the sparkling Mediterranean below us.

There will also be the chance to trek part of the Lycian Way. The southern coastline of Turkey is made up of a very famous 200km walk retracing the steps of the ancient Lycian people. The walk has become very popular over the years and we are lucky enough to be close enough to walk one of the legs of the track. The walk we will undertake ends up at the beautiful beach of Kabak. Here we can enjoy the tranquil setting for an afternoon of swimming and taking in some sun.

For any thrill seekers among us, there is an optional extra excursion for your chance to go paragliding from Baba Dag, over the infamous Oludeniz, Blue Lagoon Beach.
