Gulevi

The Gulevi in Safranbolu is a mix of three large mansion style houses all dating back to the 18th Century. After some intense restoration work the houses have been restored back to their genuine beauty in architecture as well as style. The hotel offers all the modern day cons with no compromise on keeping the ancient time feel. All rooms have been individually decorated with distinct antique features, bright colours and authentic ottoman ambience. The stunning gardens are a peaceful escape to wander through or stop to enjoy a drink being served from the bar. There is a cafe and restaurant within that serve up delicious meals typical to the region, with specialities of the Black Sea Coast.
