Akseki is a place for the perfect escape. A very small village out in the western Taurus Mountains, 100 kilometres away from Antalya, it has little to do but to take in the beauty of its natural setting. The town has some beautiful old ottoman houses still inhabited and you will get a true taste of Turkish village life, with tourism yet to arrive. The drive in and out of the village has some beautiful views through the mountain pass where you can see for kilometres.
