Kalkan

Today we will start to cruise back along the coastline towards Kalkan. After breakfast and a quick swimming break, our chef on board is going to give us all a thorough cooking class in Turkish cuisine. Turkey produces some of the freshest foods within Europe and Asia. All locally grown, the food is so rich in flavour adding to the taste to make Turkish food so delectable. Our experienced chef, will not only teach us how to cook some fantastic mouth watering dishes, but you will also get to see first hand how the meals are prepared from start to finish. He will also talk us through his own learning experiences on how he has been taught to be a chef. At the end of all our hard work we will get to feast on the delicious meals we have prepared. We will then be anchoring down in Kalkan for the evening. Kalkan is known for its "fine dining", so the night is yours to wander through the ambient cobble stone streets in search for some of the tastiest foods you can find along the coast. As we will be docked in the harbour for the evening, the night is yours to also visit any local bars or cafes for a night cap after all the delicious food of the day.
