Selime is one of the largest rock-carved monasteries in the region, and was constructed by monks during the 13th century. It hosts a church, monks' quarters, a large kitchen and areas to keep livestock. For those feeling a little adventurous, there are hidden passageways scattered throughout the monastery, which are dying to be discovered.
