Today we will visit Perge, another ancient archeological site of Anatolia. It is said that some of the first know civilisations resided here starting form the Hittite times through to Hellenic and Roman eras. After a tour through some of the most important relics of ancient times, we will head back to the Archeological Museum of Antalya. With over 5000 pieces on display, a lot of the sculptures, statues and relics were found among the Perge ruins. This evening our overnight stop will be back in the historic Kaleici district in Antalya.
