Today we head for one of the highlights of peoples Turkey trips, Cappadocia. We will make some stops along the way including the Catalhoyuk, an important Neolithic City dating form 7000 B.C. Here we can visit the active dig and also visit the illustrative centre. After lunch we stop to see the Sultanhani Caravansarai. A way station for travellers and merchants of the silk road it once housed not only the people, but their live stock and goods to sell en route. Dating back from the 13th Century, its a beautiful example of Seljuk architecture. As the afternoon calls in, we will arrive into Goreme, where we will check into our cave accommodation and have the afternoon and evening to explore the small little Cappadocian village.
