Often referred to as the Egyptian Spice Market, you will undoubtedly be blown away with the volumes of spices contained within this building. Name your spice, and they’ve got it. Vendors will ask you to see what’s contained within their stores, so make sure you’ve got your bargaining hat on. The market was completed in 1660 and was built on the same ground as the Yeni (New) Mosque.
